Pulls on over the head, unlined and has no closures. It would not go over my mannequin's shoulders so I photographed it on the hanger. Condition: The hem needs restitching in a few areas. The smocking at the shoulders in a few areas needs restitching. Faint yellow spotting and two pin dot dark spots on front. No underarm staining, which is wonderful.
