60's Navy Blue Bubble Crown Pillbox Hat by Kurt JrBubble crown pillbox hat crafted in a dark navy blue synthetic straw. Color is so dark it appears almost black. Smooth high rise crown with a large back self bow. Interior is finished with a red grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 17 inches.
